LAFW feat. Nicole Miller and Hale Bob

Our LA Fashion Week line up is bringing together a dynamic combination of emerging talent with notable household names. This Spring’s show will be headlined by American designer Nicole Miller, showcasing their Atelier collection and Hale Bob, know for their colorful and vibrant prints. Liberty Garden will be presenting their collection that supports Doctors Without Borders and the fight against Malaria. Blank Silk will display designs inspired by Indian cultures while Chrissie D. Swimwear will bring adorable mini-bathing beauties to the stage with her children’s swimwear line aside couture designer LubOV TumanOVA.

Live Art Gallery Presented by Gilded Cells

Project Ethos is know for adding excitement to our LA Fashion Week events by injecting a fierce combination of live art into an already packed line up of talent.

Along with gorgeous fashion and rhythmic music that will keep the party going on all night, Project Ethos’ event on March 10th at the Taglyan Complex will host a live art exhibit presented by Gilded Cells. This event will be showcasing a variety of artists who paint murals on city walls to those who create beautiful photos. The Art of Chase uses spray paint to free hand abstract shapes and create one-of-a-kind designs. Bandit specializes in Native American pieces that have hints of street style. Septerhed specializes in large canvas work with bright colors while Hero works on a much smaller scale using miniature images to form one large beautiful one. Last but not least, Dasha Zonova is known for creating 3-D dresses from paper and will make a couture creation just for Project Ethos!

Project Ethos and Designer Sue Wong Join Art Hearts Fashion,
Finally Giving LA a Cohesive Platform

(Los Angeles) — With groundbreaking partnerships this season, Art Hearts Fashion will deliver a brand new fashion week where all the go-to shows are under one roof. After a breakout series of shows last October, Art Hearts Fashion will double in size this March featuring over 30 designers across 4 days of shows March 9-12th at the grand Taglyan Complex. This season will mark a transition for LAFW with veteran platform Project Ethos coming under the Art Hearts Fashion umbrella in a move that establishes AHF as the dominating force in the industry. Project Ethos in partnership with French Tuesdays, Canard-Duchene, Apex Estate Group, Glendale Infiniti, Toast Vodka, and Gilded Cells will bring its brand of tried and true runway shows to Art Hearts Fashion on Tuesday, March 10th at 8:30pm and 9:30pm featuring renowned designers Nicole Miller and Hale Bob. As always, the shows will open with theatrical performances, this year’s featuring performers styled by Arman Morozov, custom wardrobe designer and fashion stylist located in Downtown LA, followed by a no-holds-barred blowout after party presented by French Tuesdays. The celebrity studded Rock That Fashion will join Art Hearts Fashion this season bringing their signature avant-garde and luxury designers to the runway. Art Hearts Fashion is thrilled to announce that celebrity designer and fashion icon Sue Wong will open this momentous week of shows with a runway show certain to draw the eager eyes of all Los Angeles.

The Official Art Hearts Fashion after party will be held at Unici Casa on Friday, March 13th in partnership with Project Ethos and Rock That Fashion with an installation by Metropolitan Fashion Week. To top off, Art Hearts Fashion will launch the first ever LAFW boutique at Sweet! Hollywood this March, showcasing the incredible art, fashion, and delicious signature treats of AHF.

An opening reception for Art Hearts Fashion will be held Sunday, March 8th.

Nicole Miller, Helena Dazzle at Project Ethos LA Fashion Week
Over 1,500 guests attend to support emerging art while Standing Up To Cancer

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 15th, 2014) – With over 1,500 attendees, Project Ethos supported Stand Up To Cancer during their annual LA Fashion Week event Tuesday night, October 14th at Avalon Hollywood presented by Glendale Infiniti. The night of fashion, music and art, powered by International luxury nightlife brand French Tuesdays with additional partners Midori, Java Monster, Jin&Quinn, Always Awake, official stylists TNT Agency, Shop Ethos, LA Weekly and CA Apparel News was hosted by Katie Cazorla, star of TV Guide’s Nail Files. The evening raised over $5,000 for Stand Up To Cancer, a program of the Entertainment Industry Foundation 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and is still fundraising through an online donation page until the end of the week.

A special midnight presentation by headlining designer Nicole Miller along side DJ sets from Helena was a crowd favorite, keeping attendees around until the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Spring/Summer ’15 emerging designer fashion shows took place at 8pm and 9pm with DJ sets by Val Fleury and Digital. Designers featured include a luxurious twist on Indian-American wear by Chynni, laser cut leather by Liberty Garden whose line supports Doctors without Borders, feminine silhouettes by San Diego designer, Isabel Vianey and black and white hues from The Ashley Michaelsen Collection with shoes by Charles David. In conjunction with the Fashion Merchandising and Design program at California State University Long Beach, Project Ethos launched the first annual Fashion Designer Scholarship for graduating seniors. Winner Jennifer Luong premiered her boho-chic collection, Tandy Stone featuring easy-to-wear separates followed by hard-core chic clothing by MS Scandal, eco-friendly suits by Amour Swimwear and playful prints by Oober Swank.

Bardot hosted a live art gallery presented by Midori featuring 10 local artists battling with their brushes on wood, canvas and live models to win a $1,000 grand prize, which went to Eddy Lee for his ethereal female painting.

Vendors at the event included the debut of luxury skin care brand, Gilded Cells, a nail decal station by The Painted Nail, a pink themed dessert bar by Platinum Event Decor as well as Speck featuring Candywirez.

Notable attendees included Sara Ramirez (Grey’s Anatomy), Kelly McCreary (Emily Owens, M.D.) and the cast of East Los High (Hulu).


LA Fashion Week – Artists

Project Ethos presented by Glendale Infiniti is proud to present an exhilarating line up of fashion, music and art this season. For the first time, an exclusively live art gallery presented by Midori will be hosted in Bardot inside the Avalon and will feature an interactive contest for the artists and fans.

Artists will be showcasing their craft live and attendees will be able to vote for their favorite, giving the winner a $1,000 grand prize! Live artists include Dafna Aloni, a painter of vibrant and colorful closeup portraits and cityscapes, Hero who brings pop culture to life through bright, vibrant colors, Erick Yanez known for his skull pictorials, portrait artist Kate Sikorski and female empowerment artist T.S. Clair. Menacing Innovator will combine urban art and abstract in a very special presentation while Eddy Lee creates dreamlike pieces, FRE$HPAINT will display mixed media art, Jennifer Korsen will bring her street art style and Cecilia Romero will excite anyone watching.

LA Fashion Week – Designers

With one of the biggest weeks in fashion right around the corner, it’s time to start getting excited for Spring’s new looks. From the romantic styles of The Ashley Michaelsen Collection to the feminine silhouettes of Isabel Vianey and the unapologetic fashion of MS Scandal, this Project Ethos LA Fashion Week is gearing up to give fashionistas a bit of everything. Amour Swimwear will be on hand to show the latest in emerging swimwear and Chynni will premiere contemporary pieces with Indian/American influences. LA Fashion Week – Musicians

Project Ethos presented by Glendale Infiniti returns to LA Fashion Week on Tuesday, October 14th at Avalon Hollywood with a dynamic music line up of DJ talent. DJ Producer Val Fleury, one half of Immigré, will open the night at 7pm. Immigré has quickly garnered a reputation for pumping up crowds and finding exciting ways to mix indie pop, house, and hip hop. Throughout 2013, Immigré earned raves on the debuts of their first mixes and remixes from NYLON, FILTER, and Death & Taxes among others. As one of LA CANVAS Magazine’s “12 Artists to Watch for 2014,” Immigré has spent this year performing at Noise Pop festival in San Francisco, top showcases at SXSW, as well as a sold out show with GTA and Bixel Boys at the Glasshouse in Pomona.

Los Angeles born and bred Dijital will kick off the after-party at 10pm. When he’s not DJ’ing at top clubs from LA to Vegas this California native can be found riding his Harley and surfing. From Top 40 to Electro to House, if it has a beat, Dijital can mix it and is sure to get Project Ethos turned up.

The headliner of the night will be EDM phenom Helena participating in a never seen before LA Fashion Week collaboration with headlining designer, Nicole Miller.  This pulse-racing after party fashion show/DJ set paired with the state-of-the-art lighting and sound of Avalon Hollywood will take the event until last call. UK born, Australian bred and Los Angeles based, this globetrotter is not to be missed. Did you know she got her start playing classical music on the piano and cello? The sign of a true talent, it’s no wonder she was the first female DJ ever to be booked on Ultra Music Festival’s main stage!

American Designer Nicole Miller Headlines Project Ethos LA Fashion Week
Event presented by Glendale Infiniti and supports Stand Up To Cancer


LOS ANGELES, CA (October 2nd, 2014) – Project Ethos returns to LA Fashion Week presented by Glendale Infiniti at Avalon Hollywood (1735 Vine St. Los Angeles, CA 90028) on Tuesday, October 14th, 2014 from 7pm to 2am. The night is powered by International luxury nightlife brand French Tuesdays with additional partners Midori, Java Monster, official stylists TNT Agency, Shop Ethos, LA Weekly, CA Apparel News and is hosted by TV Guide’s Nail Files personality, Katie Cazorla

The Project Ethos team, collaborators, designers, artists and musicians will support Stand Up To Cancer by promoting an online donation page (live now and accepting donations) to all of their followings, family and friends. One can simply donate on the page or join the team and create their own donation page to promote.

Headlining the nights’ festivities is a special presentation by American designer Nicole Miller. Launched over 30 years ago, the iconic brand has impacted every part of the fashion world from women’s to menswear and bridal. The 11:30pm fashion show will take place alongside a DJ set from Helena featuring Avalon’s state of the art lighting and sound. 

Emerging designer fashion shows take place at 8pm and 9pm. Designers featured include Chynni, creator of Indian fashion with American flair, fiercely feminine designs by MS Scandal, San Diego based Isabel Vianey, Amour Swimwear of Los Angeles, The Ashley Michaelsen Collection inspired by classic romance tales, Liberty Garden whose line supports Doctors without Borders as well as contemporary brand, Oober Swank.
